Location: Blair Atholl and Ballinluig

We are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Assistant for the Human Resources Team. This role will be based in our main office at Blair Atholl, with occasional days at our Ballinluig site so own transport is essential. There is no opportunity for remote working in this role. This role will support the HR/On-boarding manager in the delivery of all HR processes, procedures and projects.

Ensure that all HR administration is completed and up to date in line with departmental standards. To be a point of contact for all staff, heads of department and managers, and provide generalist administrative support over a range of key operational HR areas.

The Role:

Responsible for all HR administration in respect to:

  • Recruitment, Selection and on-boarding
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Development
  • Absence Management
  • Payroll processing
  • Communication and employee engagement

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrate good HR professional behaviours
  • Have CIPD level 3 or be working towards - : we will consider financial support for the right candidate
  • Excellent administration skills
  • High standard of computer literacy to be able to process using our payroll and time
  • management systems and provide support to all users within the business

Reliable and consistent

  • Experience of working in an HR environment with working knowledge of UK employment law
