The Recruitment Co are looking for a Production and Quality Coordinator to join our client based in Blairgowrie.


Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Friday 8am to 2pm
Contract: Permanent
Pay: £28,000 to £33,000 DOE
Location: Blairgowrie


**Must drive and have access to vehicle due to location!**


Your responsibilities as a Production and Quality Coordinator


  • Ensure that all food safety, GMP, and QC tests are carried out in accordance with work instructions, HACCP, calibration, and process control documentation.

  • Conduct factory audits of food safety and quality systems, providing advice and support in resolving any nonconformances identified.

  • Working in the factory when required.

  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

  • Educate operators on fundamental quality and hygiene risks.

  • Gather samples at the request of customers and for lab testing.

  • Make that the data needed to create customer certificates is available.

  • Any other task as and when required.


What our client is looking for in a Production and Quality Coordinator


  • Demonstrates good communication, listening, influencing, and persuasion abilities at all levels.

  • Proficient in computer use.

  • Demonstrates self-organisation, motivation, planning, prioritisation, and time management skills.

  • Understanding of the HACCP system.

  • Knowledge of BRCGS and experience with food processing.

  • Qualifications in food hygiene.

  • Drivers Licence
