Customer Service Advisor

Meraki Talent is partnered with a UK-wide, established business to support the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of c.£25,000 and a hybrid working model. The purpose of the Collections Assistant is to:

  • Provide support by identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and agreeing payment plans
  • Analyse and report on customer data
  • Deal with complex billing and service issues

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload and take ownership of tasks
  • Be ambitious with drive to develop professionally
  • Expert problem-solving and investigation skills

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be educated to a degree level which will illustrate your analytical ability
  • Have working knowledge from a financial service or banking background - particularly reconciliations/settlements experience
  • Have experience in reporting and analysis
  • Be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills
