Job Title: Administrator
Hours: Full time Mon - Friday 37.5hrs per week
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: 24,482 - 26,098 DOE

Temp to permanent opportunity - Subject to background checks including DBS & References.

My Client is actively looking for a proactive individual to provide administrative and operational support to our services across Wolverhampton.

The role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task to complete competing deadlines. The skills to accurately input data onto databases, minute meetings and use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. You will enjoy working as a team as well as using your initiative and working independently.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintaining the registered office in line with CQC standards including creating and updating staff files and documentation.
  • Supporting with the recruitment and interviewing of potential candidates.
  • Assisting Registered Managers with additional administration support during and prior to CQC and Local Authority inspections.
  • Completing minutes at a variety of different meetings (including HR investigations and disciplinary hearings).
  • To develop and maintain efficient office systems, data collection and management processes. This will include keeping accurate and accessible records in both paper and electronic form and being able to locate key information and files promptly when required.
  • To keep filing and online network system folders in order.
  • To ensure that telephone and mailing lists are up to date.


An approachable manner as well as excellent customer care skills and professionalism is essential.
You must have a warm and helpful telephone manner and the ability to take detailed messages and signpost individuals to the appropriate people.
