Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Electrical assembly operative for our client based in Wolverhampton.
As an assembly operative:
This is a mixed role with elements of assembly/test and inspection.
The assembly would be of solenoids, electromechanical assemblies and small motors after in house training.
Basic use of inspection equipment e.g. micrometers and digital callipers and the ability to read detailed instructions is required. Any prospective employee must be able to communicate and read and write English in order to follow the detailed instructions.
Knowledge of digital meters to measure resistance, voltage and current would be useful but not essential.
General Stores work
Duties would also include inspection of incoming and outgoing parts.
Duties of an assembly Operative:
- Assembling Electrical products
- Using Hand Tools
- Manual handling
- Working to targets
- Repetitive Work
- Repair work
Details of an Assembly Operative Position:
- Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
- Overtime will be before or after standard hours and on Saturdays depending on workload.
- Pay rate £11.44 to £12ph
- Must be Reliable and have great time keeping
