A large business with offices across the South West is recruiting a Group Financial Controller, on a very flexible hybrid working basis, to be part of the senior finance leadership team and own the delivery of all internal and external group financial reporting.The key deliverables of the Group Financial Controller include:-
  • Leading the production of group statutory accounts
  • Managing the external audit process
  • Consolidation of group monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
  • Overseeing the management, development and implementation of financial systems and processes
  • Leading the team to ensure the timely delivery of the accounts and audit
The ideal candidate for the Group Financial Controller role will be a technically strong qualified accountant with demonstrable experience in group consolidations, statutory accounts and external audit management.The company offer an excellent benefits package as well as a very flexible hybrid working policy of just 1 day a week in the office subject to business requirements.You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.Due to the high volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.
