Your role:

As an Admin Support for our Operations Team, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our projects and processes. You will be an integral part of our team, providing essential assistance in the implementation of projects across the company. Your role will involve liaising with external customers and managing your workload effectively to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual who can work well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing full administrative support to the Operations Team.- Assisting in the implementation of projects across the company.- Liaising with external customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on project progress.- Managing workload effectively and proactively addressing any potential issues.- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.- Providing support in the preparation of reports and presentations.- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications and skills:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the legal industry.- Strong organisational and time-management skills.- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
