Our client is looking for a master multitasker who can juggle multiple projects while keeping a smile on their face? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Project Manager who can spin lots of plates and ensure their clients' projects run like clockwork!
As part of their dynamic team of Project Managers, you'll report to the Support Manager and be responsible for supporting the clients from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Being the go-to person for clients, ensuring they’re supported in line with their company offering.
Service Level Agreement.
- Providing expert advice on best practices and managing client demands and expectations regarding deadlines and technical functionality.
- Overseeing the build from concept to completion, making sure it’s a smooth ride to a successful project
- You will have a very good grasp of technology including apps.
- Supporting our technicians to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Raising potential issues to the Support Team Manager before they become real problems!
- Occasionally supporting projects onsite, so you must be up for a road trip or two!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience of client support of projects
- You’ve got experience with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML is a big plus! (But don’t worry, we won’t expect you to build
websites from scratch.)
- You’ve got an eagle eye for attention to detail - nothing slips past you.
- You know how to manage projects like a boss!
The Detail
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid - home-based with commutable distance to North Dorset, you will need to have your own car
- Travel: Occasional travel to support live projects onsite - driving license & passport required
