As a Residential Conveyancer, the successful candidate will:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Deliver high-quality client service with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures.
- Draft clear, concise legal documents and correspondence.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction progression.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff where required.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Be confident in handling files independently from instruction to completion.
- Have strong organisational and client care skills.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Be keen to progress their career, with the option for qualification support.
