Your Role:
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Observe and report changes in residents' well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
What We're Looking For:
- A compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A valid Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months, or on the update service.
- A drivers license, due to the various locations of shifts.
- Previous care experience as a Care Assistant or Healthcare assistant is essential
- A care certificate is require (We can support with this if needed)
Desirable (but not essential):
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience working with dementia.
- Medication administration training.
