Our client is growing, and they're looking for a driven Account Executive to help take their business to the next level. This is a fast-paced sales and business development role where you'll be building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and securing work for both our client and their customers.
If you're a confident communicator with a natural ability to engage people, a proactive mindset, and a passion for business development, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively reaching out to new and existing clients to develop relationships and generate business
- Managing CRM systems and keeping client records up to date
- Supporting Account Managers with client needs and business development strategies
- Attending industry events to expand your knowledge and build connections
- Working towards sales targets and contributing to strategy meetings
What You'll Need
- A confident and engaging phone manner
- Strong communication and people skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to work
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A problem-solving mindset and a desire to grow
Your Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or customer service
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance
- Ability to identify market trends
