About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to mixed-age groups, ensuring all students make progress.
- Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and abilities.

- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a focus on learning.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure students’ academic and personal development.
- Provide feedback to students on their work and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach across a variety of subjects and year groups.
- A flexible, proactive approach to teaching and supporting students.
- Excellent communication skills.
