Overview:We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. The Office Administrator - Data Management Apprentice will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while managing and organising data for various departments. This role involves a blend of administrative support, office management, and data entry tasks to support our dynamic team. 

Duties: Office Administration:

  • Manage front office operations, handling incoming calls, and managing correspondence 
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering as needed to ensure an efficiently stocked office 
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and management 
  • Assist in organising company events, team meetings 

Data Entry and Management:

  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in databases and spreadsheets 
  • Regularly update and maintain records, including client information, employee records, and project details 
  • Conduct data checks to ensure quality and integrity of information, identifying and resolving discrepancies 

Desirable skills and qualities: 

  • Friendly and professional with excellent time management 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
