WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
- £14 - £16 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Thursday – 07:00 – 17:15, 39 hours per week (4-day work week)
- Overtime paid at 1½ times the standard rate

Our client is a well-established and reputable manufacturer specialising in precision-engineered components. Serving a range of sectors including Sub-sea, Oil and Gas, Rail, Marine, Furniture, Defence, and Aerospace, they are known for their dedication to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
THE ROLE
As a Fabricator, your responsibilities will include:
- Fabricating components using various metals, including stainless steel and aluminium.
- Interpreting and working from engineering drawings with precision.
- Handling materials such as sections, plates, laser-cut, and machined components (1-30+ mm thick).
- Performing quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to maintain efficient workflows.
- Following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have:
- Time-served Fabricator status with a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminium.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Flexibility and a positive work ethic.
