Assembly Operatives/ Machine operators required experienced Production Operatives with experience in CNC machines, routing etc to join a growing established team due to company growth on a permanent basis for a leading manufacturing business based in Oxfordshire. We are looking for experienced Assembly Operatives with general manufacturing/production experience preferably assembly and machine operation ideally CNC .

You will be required to work one of the shifts, Earlies or Lates as below (not rotating):

Early shift Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 2.30pm, Friday 6:00am to 11:00am .

Late shift Monday to Thursday 2.30pm to 11.00pm , Friday 11:00am to 4.00pm

Duties will include:

Working in any area of component manufacturing, machine operation, product assembly, wiring and test as required to meet delivery requirements.
Carryout component manufacturing, product assembly to meet requirements documented in build instructions, drawings, BOM's or other related documents.
Ensure all activities satisfy quality standards or other applicable standards.
Set up component manufacturing equipment (including EHRT, Plating line, power presses), product production areas, to ensure it is run efficiently and effectively to meet requirements.
Basic assembly of parts and equipment.
Operating a range of production machines
Utilisation of a range of basic hand tools whilst working to drawings and build sheets.
Work in any area of component manufacturing, product assembly, wiring and test as required to meet delivery requirements.
Ensure that all components and products are stored tidily and correctly identified.
Experience of assembly within manufacturing environments.
