We are looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join a respected care home in Blyth, Northumberland.This service offers nursing, residential, and dementia care to elderly residents. With a dedicated Home Manager and a supportive care team, the focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As the successful Deputy Manager, you will have a mix of supernumerary shifts supporting the Home Manager and hands-on responsibilities on the floor, overseeing and guiding the committed care team.The home is divided into three units and accommodates up to 60 residents in nursing, residential, and dementia care environments.
