This role is offered through Hays Education and provides an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of our students.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and learning activities.
- Leading small group sessions and interventions to boost pupil attainment.
- Assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons and resources.
- Providing one-on-one support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Monitoring and recording pupil progress and reporting to the class teacher.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values and ethos.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working with KS2 pupils.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting pupil development.
