- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school or care settings).

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential.
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
