Cost Accountant

Your new companyHays are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established organisation in West Lothian who are looking to add a Cost Accountant to their established finance team.Your new roleIn your new role you will be involved in generating, interpreting, and explaining variable cost data, as well as analysing material usage and purchase price variances. You will also ensure the accuracy of costing information to aid in product pricing and have a thorough understanding of inventory procedures, including compliance with internal controls. Additionally, you will prepare journal vouchers and reconcile balance sheets. What you'll need to succeedYou will be an enthusiastic individual looking for a challenging role. You will be a qualified/part-qualified professional.
