Manual Machinists required for temp-to-perm assignments at a busy engineering facility based in Bodmin, Cornwall. The roles will involve interpreting complex engineering drawings, selecting correct gauging and tooling for each component, operating manual lathes, drills and borers to engineer components, and quality checking each item ready for finishing. These are temp-to-perm assignments where you will become permanent following a successful probationary period.

Working hours:

  • 07:00-16:15 Monday to Thursday
  • 07:00-12:00 Fridays

Pay rates:

  • £15ph-£18ph depending on experience
  • Weekly PAYE pay
