Production Operative (Training / Progression)

24,000 - 32,000 + Full Technical Training + Progression to Team Leader + Overtime + 31 Days Holiday.

Workshop based, commutable from Bodmin, St Austell, Launceston, Wadebridge, Liskeard, Fowey and the surrounding areas.

The company specialises in creating sustainable and environmentally friendly animal bedding products of which most of the products are grown and produced on site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company, develop technically through industry-relevant training with a view to taking on more responsibility and different roles. You will be responsible for operating production lines, monitoring machines, monitoring automated robotic systems and driving forklifts.

The role would suit someone with an active interest in the mechanical aspects of a production line but who is also keen to develop their technical skillset through training and progress their way up the business.

The Role:
*Operate mechanical and industrial machinery daily on processing lines at a single agricultural site.
*Ensure proper operation and maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
* Adhere to the business's quality control system and safety standards.
* Follow procedures and complete records to company standards.

The Candidate:
* Have an active interest in Production lines and their mechanical aspects
*Full UK drivers licence
