Job title: Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Covering x4 Sites Across Bodmin surrounding areaa.
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between 38,000 - 40,500 Per annum
Requirements:
- City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations Level 3
- 18th / 17th Edition
- Building services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong engineer to cover X 4 sites in Bodmin,Truo, Okehampton & Saltash. You will be working on a flagship retail contract so past experience within a similar environment is desired. This role comes with a 1 in 10 callout , 130 standby.
Responsibilities:
- PPMs & reactive maintenance
- Emergency lighting
- Fire alarm testing
- Working on AHUs & FCUs
- Plant room checks
- BMS systems
- General building services
