Our client is a renowned nationwide leader in the construction and facilities management industry. Established in 1996, they have grown significantly and secured multiple blue-chip contracts due to their outstanding reputation. They are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join their team, working on a major blue-chip retail contract.

The Electrician will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical duties, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance tasks. The role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within safety guidelines, covering Cornwall and surrounding areas.

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Undertake electrical installation works.
• Ensure all work is executed safely and to the highest standard.
• Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.
• Participate in an on-call rota.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a presentable, courteous, and helpful demeanor at all times.
• Manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility to work out of hours when required.

• Industry-recognized Electrical Installation or Maintenance qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• JIB Gold Card.
• Full clean driving license.
• Desirable qualifications and experience:
  • BS7671 18th Edition
  • C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
  • ECS/CSCS Card
  • IPAF & PASMA
  • Electrical Installation experience
  • HVAC experience
