The Role
As HR Manager, you will take the lead in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, supporting the leadership team and employees. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering HR solutions aligned with the business objectives while ensuring compliance and promoting best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and resolution for complex issues.
- Lead initiatives in training, development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver HR policies and procedures tailored to a manufacturing setting.
- Support change management projects and organizational development initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in managing change and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent experience).
Desirable:
- Familiarity with HR systems and data analytics.
- Experience in a unionized environment.
