HR Project Lead - Process Mapping & Digital Transformation (Oracle HR)Location: Hybrid/Remote with regular travel across Cornwall
Salary: Around £40k, give or take, depending on what you bring to the tableThis isn’t your classic HR Operations Lead role anymore. It’s evolved. This is a project-driven role—focused on process mapping, optimisation, and digital transformation within HR.The tech in question? Oracle HR (Cloud, HCM—if you know it, you know it). You won’t be writing code, but you will need to understand the system well enough to lead on how it’s used, how it's improved, and how people interact with it.
Main responsibilities include:
- Lead the review, redesign and digitalisation of HR processes
- Map current workflows (and highlight where they fall over)
- Define and deliver improvements through Oracle HR and other tools
- Be the link between HR, Business Systems, and the people who’ll actually use the systems
- Support the implementation of smarter, leaner, better ways of doing HR
- Supporting people through change
This job needs someone with a solid mix of skills:
- You’ve delivered HR projects—especially system/process transformation
- You understand HR inside out, especially the operational side
- You’ve worked with Oracle HR (Cloud or HCM ideally)
- You’re comfortable with business analysis, mapping processes, and running with change projects
- You can challenge the status quo
- You’ve worked with stakeholders who have a lot of opinions—and managed to keep them onside
We don’t need someone to tick boxes. We need someone to untangle them, streamline them, and then automate what can be automated.
You’ll be reporting into the HR Director, working closely with teams across HR, Business Systems, and the wider business. It’s hybrid, but you’ll need to be in Cornwall regularly for workshops, stakeholder sessions and project delivery work.
If you’ve ever looked at a clunky HR process and thought, "There’s got to be a better way"—this is your chance to prove it. Apply NOW!!
