Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner:
- Preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Conducting research and analysis to support project delivery.
- Engaging with stakeholders, including clients and local authorities.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant planning policies and regulations.
Essential Criteria as a Town Planner:
The client is looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited)
- Ideally a member of the RTPI or working towards.
- A strong interest in urban development and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
