Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods through coordination with procurement and production teams.
- Track and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or waste.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory, and scheduling.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth production and timely product delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of production planning experience, ideally in FMCG.
- Proficiency in production planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
