Zest Recruitment are collaborating with a highly respected food manufacturer that hold a national presence with the major retailers.

Due to continue growth on site, our client is looking to onboard a Manufacturing Shift Manager to lead and grow an ambitious department whilst improving the main major multiples on site.

SHIFT:
-FRIDAY
-SATURDAY
-SUNDAY

This role isn't for those looking to coast and simply just 'get by' - you will be ambitious in your leadership plans to ensure that all shifts are running at full capacity whilst ensuring people development and long-term improvements on site are being made.

The business is highly recognised for a combination of consistently delivering high quality products on a national scale but also developing its people. This will be a great opportunity for the right individual to take ownership of a department and work closely within an ambitious leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
People Management - Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards
Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste
Health and Safety - Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team

As the Manufacturing Shift Manager you will truly have the opportunity to make your mark within the industry as there will be plenty opportunities for ownership of projects that will result in a positive impact across the business.
