Morva Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading company at the forefront of wastewater management and treatment technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering innovative, sustainable solutions to protect our environment.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will lead the successful delivery of capital projects across a variety of product types, from Mecana filtration units to IFAS aeration systems. Youll work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budgetwhile maintaining excellent health & safety standards.

What Youll Be Doing:

? Managing projects using structured methodologies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
? Building strong client relationships, understanding requirements, and ensuring smooth project execution
? Identifying risks and proactively implementing solutions to avoid potential issues
? Overseeing financial management of projects, including budget control and forecasting
? Contributing to process improvements and leading internal change initiatives
? Visiting sites across the UK & Europe as required

? Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple projects at different stages
? Proactive problem-solver, spotting issues before they arise and managing dependencies
