Are you a Quantity Surveyor form a Commercial background looking for a new challenge, within one of the South West's leading family-run construction contractors, that offers the chance to work on large Defence contracts, attend external training and gives you a company car?
On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding company who work on contracts within the Education, Defence and Healthcare sectors .They are in the position to recruit due to ongoing growth and for large projects on the horizon.
In this role you will be working as a Quantity Surveyor tasked with valuations, cost reports and ensuring that contractual relationships are maintained. You will be responsible for planning and occasional site visits. You will be mainly working on commercial refurbishment projects.
This role would suit an Quantity Surveyor looking to work in an ambitious company, who wants to be at the forefront of largescale projects and work on bespoke million pound projects.
