- Manage the delivery of responsive and cyclical maintenance services, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, contractor management, and the cost-effective delivery of works.
- Work with the finance team to manage budgets, explore funding opportunities, and ensure procurement delivers value for money.
- Lead on stock condition surveys and the preparation of lifecycle and business planning.
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting across all property services.
- Contribute to strategic planning around property services and attend relevant board and committee meetings.
- Significant experience in property management or building services, with at least 5 years in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage building safety, compliance, and repairs
- Proven experience in managing udgets, delivering cost-effective solutions, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience managing or working alongside teams, contractors, and other service providers.
- Relevant professional qualifications and/or significant experience in a property services role.
- Financial and budget management experience.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong IT and data management skills, with experience using property management software.
- A full driving license and the ability to travel across Cornwall.
