Are you passionate about delivering exceptional housing management services? Our client is  looking for an experienced and customer-focused Housing Officer to join a dynamic team supporting residents in the Cornwall community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing tenancy agreements, voids, and lettings, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
  • Handling complaints, anti-social behaviour cases, and rent arrears in line with policies and regulations.
  • Engaging with residents through surveys, digital platforms, and face-to-face meetings to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintaining clean and safe neighbourhoods and supporting resident consultation.
  • Preparing documentation for legal actions, including court attendance when required.
  • Collaborating with maintenance teams and external stakeholders to meet property service obligations.
  • Contributing to new housing projects, from design input to post-handover inspections.
About You
  • At least 3 years in a housing management role, including handling legal cases and delivering customer-focused services.
  • Strong IT, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and working in a not-for-profit environment
  • Ability to travel across Cornwall
