Support Worker

Location: Bodmin
Payrate: £12.00 ++
Working Hours: Flexible (weekends, weekdays and sleep ins)
We are looking for confident and experienced support workers, who will be happy to work with vulnerable adults who have learning and physical disabilities, within small supported living homes. This role will require you to stick to individual care plans, support with behaviour that challenges and problem solving.
Job Requirements:
- At least six months of UK care experience (preferably supporting adults with learning an physical disabilities).
- Following safeguarding procedures.
- Supporting with challenging behaviours.
- Going into the community.
- Providing physical and emotional support.
- Genuine caring nature.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to use your initiative and problem solve.
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS.
- Driving License (Preferable)
- Good level of written and spoken English.
