The Role:
Our established client is seeking a dynamic, customer focussed Customer Support & Sales Administrator to join their team, on a full-time permanent basis.
Our client is seeking someone willing to take the initiative to learn about the company’s products and effectively communicate with customers.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Customer Support & Sales Administrator:
Responding to incoming customer calls, checking stock availability, and providing pricing details.
Preparing customer quotations and logging them on the quote tracker.
Following up on quotations via phone and email.
Conducting research on electrical contractors to generate leads for the external sales team.
Performing general office duties to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the company’s products and services.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for both customer and team interactions.
Knowledge of electrical products is a plus but not essential.
Package:
Competitive starting salary of around £28,000, depending on experience.Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (30-minute lunch break).
