A Multi Skilled Engineer is needed for a BAFE accredited company specializing in various security and fire systems.
The position offers a salary range of £28,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as a company van, fuel card, and overtime opportunities.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry, specifically in commercial projects, and possess a full UK driving license.
The role involves installations, commissioning, and servicing of systems like intruder alarms, CCTV, and fire alarms across various sites from Brighton to Poole.
The engineer will also participate in a call-out rota, with compensation for on-call duties.

Multi Skilled Engineer required for our client, a well-established BAFE accredited company who offer solutions across all market sectors, including Fire Alarms, Disabled Refuge Alarms, Fire Suppression Systems, Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control.

£28,000 - £40,000 DOE
Company Van and Fuel Card
21 days + 8BH
Mon - Thurs: 7:30 - 4:30 (working Friday's will be required ONLY during school holidays or when on call-out rota)

Multi Skilled Engineer Position Overview

You will be required to conduct Installs, Commissioning, Small works, Breakdowns and Services on a variety of systems including Intruder, CCTV, Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarms within both commercial and industrial settings.

The types of projects you'll be involved in include Schools, Council properties, Shopping Centres, MOD and Nursing Homes, covering between Brighton and Poole with little to no London work.

Multi Skilled Engineer Position Requirements

Attend the call-out rota - currently 1 in 6 - paid door to door with £500 paid in Nov of every year to cover the call-out. (Voted in by the current engineers)
Minimum 5 years' experience within the industry and position
Experience in commercial projects
Full UK Driving Licence
Local to Chichester / Bognor / Littlehampton
Servicing of Fire/Intruder/CCTV/Access/CCTV Systems
Knowledge of a variety of Intruder, CCTV, Access and both conventional and analogue addressable Fire systems. Ideally a security bias.
