About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant with Vista International Consultants, you’ll play a vital role in improving the lives of those you care for. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Helping with household chores, including laundry, cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation.
• Administering medications as prescribed.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
• Encouraging and supporting hobbies, physical activities, and personal interests.
• Understanding the needs and preferences of each client to deliver personalized care.
• Maintaining empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.

About You

You don’t need prior experience, but the following qualities are essential:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow health and safety processes
• A passion for caring for others and making a difference.
