We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join our Litigation Department. This role is based in our Bognor Regis office and offers a great opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including both civil and commercial disputes.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and manage correspondence with clients and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Conduct research and analysis on legal issues related to cases.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive strategy in handling cases.
- Provide legal advice to clients, helping them understand their rights and options.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate.
- Proven experience in litigation, handling a wide range of disputes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
