Family Legal Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Family Legal Assistant to join a leading practice on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will support the fee earners by performing a variety of administrative and legal tasks.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing them with updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Maintain and organize case files to ensure accuracy and timely filing of documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings for Solicitors.
  • Conduct legal research to aid in case preparation.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
