About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our clients team in the non-infrastructure water sector. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment used in water treatment, distribution, and conservation. Your expertise will help optimize the performance and reliability of water-related facilities, contributing to improved water quality and sustainable water management.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment for water treatment, distribution, and conservation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of mechanical systems in water-related applications.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to develop innovative solutions for water treatment, pumping, filtration, and storage systems.
  • Utilize CAD software to produce detailed 2D and 3D models, technical drawings, and specifications for mechanical components and systems.
  • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and stress analyses to validate the performance, integrity, and safety of mechanical designs, considering factors such as fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and structural requirements.
