- Ensuring clients receive a tailored and professional service
- Conduct viewings with prospective buyers, presenting properties in the best possible light
- Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, aiming to secure favourable outcomes for all parties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure a smooth sales process
- Provide clients with expert advice on the local property market, pricing, and sales strategy
- Assist in generating new business opportunities, including valuations and property listings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
- Support the wider team in achieving overall sales targets and objectives
- Previous experience in estate agency sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
- A good understanding of the property market, particularly in Felpham, Middleton on Sea and surrounding areas.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for property
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
