Job Description: Sales NegotiatorLocation: Bognor Regis, West SussexEmployer: Leading Independent Estate AgencyAbout the Role:A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent estate agency, serving the Bognor Regis and Middleton on Sea areas of West Sussex. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in the success of the business by delivering outstanding customer service, guiding clients through the process of buying and selling properties, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring clients receive a tailored and professional service
  • Conduct viewings with prospective buyers, presenting properties in the best possible light
  • Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, aiming to secure favourable outcomes for all parties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Provide clients with expert advice on the local property market, pricing, and sales strategy
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities, including valuations and property listings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Support the wider team in achieving overall sales targets and objectives
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in estate agency sales or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • A good understanding of the property market, particularly in Felpham, Middleton on Sea and surrounding areas. 
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for property
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
