Senior Lettings Negotiator

Salary: £25k - £27k + car allowance £150.00 per month + £35k + OTE + benefit package

Location: Bognor

Hours: 08.30am-18.00pm Mon - Fri - 2 Saturdays per month (with a day off in lieu)

Must have a full UK drivers’ licence.

Include parking permit.

Are you a successful lettings negotiator and want to progress your career within lettings, carrying market appraisals, working in proactive and driven team and have a clear career path into Branch Management? Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming queries from applicants and potential tenants.
  • Booking in viewings and market appraisals.
  • Generating new business opportunities via phone and other marketing activities.
  • Upselling and cross selling additional services across the business.
  • Conducting viewings and market appraisals (full training would be given).
  • Updating the systems accurately and keeping all client details up to date.
  • Negotiating new lets with tenants and landlords.
  • Working to individual and team targets.
  • Converting valuations successfully.
  • Attend team meetings and company training and events.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Great communication skills, with excellent relationship building skills.
  • Proven lettings background, ideally have carried out market appraisals.
  • Strong work ethic, driven and highly motivated.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Great IT skills, telephone manner and well presented.
  • Ambitious, and enjoys working in a proactive working environment.
  • Enjoys working to targets and earning commission.
