We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to analyse client needs and develop tailored solutions. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with the clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Analyse client data and feedback to understand their needs and propose effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers (suspects) to identify opportunities and offer a premium service.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
- Travel to client meetings and occasional site visits.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
