The Role:
- Handle in-bound order/sales enquiries with a vast number of clients, checking stock and pricing
- Raising quotes to customers and logging on quote tracker
- Electrical Contractor research, finding leads for external sales team
- Chasing quotations once raised by phone and email
- General office duties
- Fast paced varied role, building relationships with customers
- Full product and industry training will be provided
The Person:
- Customer Service / Sales Administrator experience
- Electrical background would be an advantage
- Good communication / Telephone manner
- Positive and happy mind set
- The ability to retain information quickly
Hours:
- Must be able to start in January 2025
- Monday to Friday 8am to 17.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Salary starting around £28,000 depending on experience.
