Job description

Infinity Employment are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Administrator for our client specialising in interior and exterior illuminating apparatus, residential to commercial. Based in their head office in Bognor Regis. £28,000 depending on experience + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits. Family run business with great opportunities. The Role:

  • Handle in-bound order/sales enquiries with a vast number of clients, checking stock and pricing
  • Raising quotes to customers and logging on quote tracker
  • Electrical Contractor research, finding leads for external sales team
  • Chasing quotations once raised by phone and email
  • General office duties
  • Fast paced varied role, building relationships with customers
  • Full product and industry training will be provided

The Person:

  • Customer Service / Sales Administrator experience
  • Electrical background would be an advantage
  • Good communication / Telephone manner
  • Positive and happy mind set
  • The ability to retain information quickly

Hours:

  • Must be able to start in January 2025
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 17.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
  • Salary starting around £28,000 depending on experience.
  • Benefits: To be discussed at interview stage.
