- Our client in Boldon Colliery is seeking an Electrical Fitter for a temporary to permanent position.
- The role offers a full-time salary of £16.97 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4:45pm.
- Candidates should have at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in electrical fitting and the ability to read electrical schematics.
- Key responsibilities include building modular steelwork systems, installing electrical components, and ensuring safety standards are met.
- The position may require flexibility for on-site work and demands strong attention to detail and minimal supervision.
Package:
Full Time - Permanent
Salary - £16.97 per hour
Hours of Work - Monday - Thursday - 7am - 4:45pm
Overtime days - Friday & Saturday
Role:
* Build modular steelwork systems
* Installation of electrical components (e.g., circuit breakers & fuse-switches)
* Wiring of electrical power components and control panels
* Inspect & record your work activities
* Attend and contribute to regular team briefings.
* Assist in the company's safety efforts by maintaining a good level of housekeeping and always considering health & safety.
* Be flexible in working away on site as and when required.
Experience:
* Ability to read Electrical Schematics diagrams.
* Skilled in use of hand & power tools.
* Strong attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision.
* NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
