Blocktech MEP are currently looking for a front of house/ Receptionist/ Administrator to join our client in their New state of the art high end luxury car storage facility in Bolney.

The successful candidate will need to be well presented and committed to delivering top customer service, greeting the customers in a welcoming, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Experience in dealing with high value clients would be an advantage. They will also require you uphold the company values and standards they strive to deliver.

Role responsibilities

  • Answering inbound telephone calls whilst providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients
  • Supporting with the administration duties and maintaining database.
  • Welcoming clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Booking vehicles and clients onto the system.
  • Liaising with specialist dealerships on behalf of clients to arrange servicing etc.
  • Organising the transportation, logistics and collection of cars
  • Invoicing Clients and updating accounts software.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Necessary requirements or attributes

  • Experience in customer service and administration.
  • Basic accounting skills or previous basic experience using accounting software.
  • Driving Licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • IT Literate
  • Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail

If successful, you will receive the following.

  • 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (Occasional overtime and weekends with notice)
  • 25,000 - 27,500 Salary
  • 28 days annual leave (inc bank holidays)
  • Staff and client social events, Including Marketing, Xmas and Summer Parties.
