They are looking for a Solicitor to work on either:
- Contracts/ procurement
- Land Transactions
The ideal Solicitor will be able to:
- To provide legal advice on transactions in relation to Landlord and Tenant/ Property matters.
- On time completion of legal documentation is necessary to ensure income streams are onboarded in a timely manner.
- To support and advise members on commercial Economic Regeneration matters
- Securing capital income by processing the sale of land and premises of the organisation
- To support the Property, Procurement and Contracts teams in providing a comprehensive legal service to the Organisation.
This will be available either part time or full time and will be hybrid, based from their offices 3 times a week. My client are looking to pay 45 per hour.
