The home is a large sized property which provides residential care to elderly residents, some of whom might be living with age-related conditions. This is an amazing opportunity to join a premium care home provider, the company proudly boast an excellent reputation and are highly sought after!
You will have true progression opportunities and the chance put your stamp on the service and ensure full compliance within the home. This vacancy has arisen in this service because the Registered Manager, who has been with the company for 10 years, has decided to take on a new challenge.
As Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home. Your key responsibilities will centre on management of staff, care delivery to residents, recruitment, training and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies. This company prides thereselves on staff retention - their longest serving 12 members of staff have 264 years at the home between them!
