Development Accountant | £33,500 - £36,000 per annum | 12 month FTC | Greater Manchester | Hybrid Working;
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a large public sector organisation based in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Development Accountant to their team. The role offers hybrid working, flexi-time and other great benefits.
Duties:
- Support the financial management of housing development projects
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Monitor and control development costs, ensuring financial accuracy
- Work closely with project teams to provide financial insights and analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and housing sector standards
Experience:
- Experience in development accounting, project finance, or management accounting
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of housing development finance (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business
