This is a fantastic role for a nearly or newly qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA individual to join an industry leading business who are at the forefront of their sector, expanding globally!
Responsibilities include:
- Production of the monthly management accounts
- Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Ownership of the preparation of the monthly P&L's, including analysis of costings and variables
- Support the Financial Controller in preparing the monthly management accounts pack alongside the board pack with commentary
- Annual budget and quarterly re-forecasting, providing input and insight from monthly reviews of the actuals
- Business partnering with budget stakeholders and ensure accountability for their figures, including delivering monthly reports vs. budget and re-forecast
- Maintenance of financial models and reports, mostly via excel and Power BI
- Play a key part in supporting with the annual statutory audit
- Work closely with the Systems team to ensure all financial and transactional data are recorded accurately
- Ad hoc reporting queries from stakeholders
- Support, mentor and assist junior team members
