ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting into the very passionate and talented Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will support the AP and wider Finance Function. Playing a huge part in the day-to-day Accounts Payable financial operations, the responsibilities will include, transaction processing, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing all duties in an organised manner with an excellent attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive, and record invoices from suppliers.
- Resolve any PO discrepancies with internal departments.
- Make sure invoices are approved in time to meet established payment cycle.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Maintain the supplier master data.
- Assisting with month end activities.
- Completing tasks in line with deadlines, set by the accounts payable supervisor.
- Resolving supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships with our suppliers.
- Processing employees expenses in accordance to company policies.
- Ensure that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures.
- Ad Hoc tasks/reporting as required
